2026 Donald J. Trump $1 Coin with July 4th Privy Mark – Official U.S. Mint Semiquincentennial Dollar in Protective Case
Own a remarkable piece of modern American history with this official 2026 Semiquincentennial President Donald J. Trump $1 Coin, issued by the United States Mint in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States.
Released by the U.S. Mint on September 2, 2026, the highly anticipated Trump dollar generated tremendous collector interest. The initial release was placed on backorder within hours, and the U.S. Mint’s product page now lists the rolls and bags as unavailable.
The obverse features a detailed portrait of President Donald J. Trump, the 45th and 47th President of the United States. Surrounding the portrait are the inscriptions “LIBERTY,” “IN GOD WE TRUST,” and the anniversary dates “1776–2026.” The portrait was designed by United States Mint Chief Engraver Joseph Menna and was inspired by an official White House photograph.
This coin also bears the collectible July 4th privy mark. The U.S. Mint produced only 250,000 coins with this special mark on July 4, 2026, and randomly distributed them throughout its rolls and bags.
The reverse displays the Presidential Seal with an eagle holding an olive branch and a bundle of arrows. A shield on the eagle’s breast bears the number “250,” commemorating America’s Semiquincentennial. Additional inscriptions include “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM,” and “ONE DOLLAR.”
Each coin was obtained from an original U.S. Mint bag and has never been placed into circulation. Because these coins were supplied loose in bags with other coins, light contact marks, small scratches, or minor surface wear may be present from normal Mint handling. Such marks are typical of coins with a circulating finish and do not indicate that the coin was circulated.
Your coin will arrive individually housed in a protective clear case to help preserve its condition and allow convenient display.
